📚 **EVERY MINUTE OF INSTRUCTION MATTERS!** 📚
Calcedeaver Families, our instructional day is **8:20 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. each day**. When students are not in class, they are missing important instruction and valuable learning time.
We understand that children get sick. If your child is sick, please keep them home so they can recover. However, we ask for your help in protecting the instructional time of your other children:
🏫 **If one child is sick, please do not keep all of your children home if the others are well and able to attend school.**
🏫 **If one child becomes sick at school and needs to be checked out, please do not check out siblings who are not sick simply because you are already at school.**
If they are healthy, **let them stay and learn!** ❤️📚

We also want to thank our student community helpers who did a fantastic job reading to their peers. It was so great to see our students sharing their love of reading and helping make the day extra special.
